I offer a individualized coaching service, where I teach you the skill of transmuting regret into fuel for a better self. If this sounds interesting, keep on reading.
Teshuva, the Jewish practice of repentance, teaches us how to rectify the past. In its best variations, it makes the extraordinary claim that it can turn even intentional transgressions into acts of merit.
Maybe you’re the type of person that shirks from addressing your own flaws (because then what?!) or doesn’t know what to do when they mess up. Or maybe you just want to plant a virtuous feedback loop in your life. Try this.
The purpose of these sessions is to walk you through the flow two or three times so that you can then practice independently. Once you have basic competence, we’ll schedule periodic follow ups in order to verify the practice is working and effective for you. This will allow us to maintain the practice, debug blocks, and check for the quality.

2-3 one hour Sessions plus periodic follow ups (async or live, TBD).
By the end, you will know how to go through the simple practice of Teshuva quickly and efficiently, so that regret, be it flavored with guilt or shame, can be approached with confidence and resolved virtuously.

This is not a long term coaching relationship. This is ‘private mentor teaches you this one thing’.
If you have some heavy regrets or trauma you are carrying, this is not a place to resolve it. This is more akin to learning a type of meditation or dance; another small stroke in the painting of your most beautiful life. (I repeat myself.)
If you already meditate, have some embodiment chops (like focusing, theater, and/or other embodiment practices), you will likely benefit more from this crash course. But don't see this as a barrier if these are lacking.
I’m collecting data to see if this is actually long term effective. Regardless, I will publish my data. By participating, you agree to me following up with you, and publishing the data, while preserving your anonymity.
